Job summary

Parkway Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. You will provide comprehensive care to residents, administer medications, and monitor health status.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $27 to $34 with a $2 per hour CARES bonus and a supportive work environment that promotes growth and development. 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am, rotating weekends, with opportunities to advance skills in geriatrics and patient-centered

Qualifications

• LPN licensure and CPR certification required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, including monitoring their condition and needs, administering medications and treatments, and reporting any changes in their condition.
• Manage staff and oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure excellence in resident care.
• Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements
