Job summary

Dover Behavioral Health System in Dover, Delaware, part of Universal Health Services, invites qualified LPNs to join our 104-bed acute care psychiatric hospital. This full-time night shift position offers EOW rotation, supportive team care, and opportunities to work with adolescents and adults in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and safety protocols.

The Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program is intended for individuals working in a full-time direct care role in either a CDC designated substance use disorder (SUD) location, or Mental Health Professional Shortage Area.
