Job summary

Empire Care Centers' Decatur Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role requires a valid Georgia LPN license, and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, next-day pay, and a supportive culture with flexible schedules.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, document changes, provide wound care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver excellent patient outcomes. Full-time and part-time shifts available, Day 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, Evening 3:00 PM-11:00 PM.
