Venza Care is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and growth is encouraged.

As part of our nursing team, you will oversee care on your shift, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, administer medications, monitor patient plans, and communicate clearly with patients and families to deliver excellent care.

Competenze

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• State-specific LPN certification is required.
• Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
