Job summary

Lutheran Life Communities in Crown Point, IN is seeking an LPN for part-time, day/evening shifts at Wittenberg Village to care for residents who have made this place their home. You will administer medications, check vitals, and coordinate with a familiar care team to ensure individualized routines are followed.

The role requires Indiana LPN licensure, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screens.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare setting (preferred).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) (preferred).
• Customer service background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments, and keep accurate documentation.

Job description

$26.75-$37.00 per hour, based on experience. Part-time days/evenings at Wittenberg Village, an assisted living community in Crown Point, caring for residents who've called this place home for years, not a rotating caseload.

You’ll administer medications, check vitals, and work alongside a team that knows every resident’s routine and history.

Schedule

Part-time, 7:00am-3:00pm/3:00pm-11:00pm, with weekend rotation.
