Job summary

Diversicare of Council Grove is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will administer medications, participate in daily nursing operations, and help residents reach their highest functioning.

You’ll supervise CNAs, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and take part in ongoing education and professional development opportunities offered by Diversicare.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as an LPN/LVN.
• Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians and other team members.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
