Job summary

Seven Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Columbia, SC is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our long-term care team. Shifts available: Day 7 am–7 pm and Night 7 pm–7 am.

We offer a supportive environment focused on resident well-being and opportunities for advancement. As an LPN, you will supervise staff, safeguard residents’ health and safety, and follow nursing policies and procedures in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LTC/SNF Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• In keeping with the organization’s goal of improving residents’ lives, the LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
