Job summary

Kensington-Gardens-Rehab-and-Nursing-Center-2 in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition, documenting in the EMR, assisting residents with daily needs, and communicating with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team while upholding infection control and safety

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
