Qualifications

• Valid New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current physical examination.
• Current PPD/TB documentation.
• Current MMR immunization records.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination.
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and reliable patient care.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient treatment plans and care regimens.
• Administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a physician and registered nurse.
• Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas.
• Communicate patient observations and concerns to the appropriate nursing or medical staff.
• Follow established patient care procedures, safety standards, and facility policies.
