Job summary

New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in New Paltz, NY is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. Daily pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are offered, with base rates $28.33–$31.90 and a 0.75 shift differential for evenings/nights.

The role includes medication administration, vital signs, wound care, and possible CNA supervision. Flexible FT/PT schedules and two-tiered insurance are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Helping Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
