Job summary
Fountain View is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in Cincinnati, OH. Opportunities exist for day and night shifts with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.
As an LPN, you will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to ensure quality of life and dignity for residents.
Qualifications
- LPN license required and active.

Fountain View is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team.
We have opportunities available on both day and night shifts, including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.

As an LPN at Fountain View, you’ll work closely with our nursing and clinical teams to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide nursing care according to resident needs and care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document resident conditions
Identify and communicate changes in resident condition
Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other members of the care team
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life
Help maintain a positive and collaborative nursing environment
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Compassionate and resident-focused approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and professional
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
