Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for Centralia, IL. Positions offer 2 days per week with flexible day hours, plus full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Expect weekly pay, benefits, and 24/7 RN support as you care for children and adults in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include one-on-one patient care, following physician care plans, monitoring condition, recording vitals, and assisting with daily activities. Active IL nursing license and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

Active IL nursing license.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

1 on 1 patient care as assigned by the physician care plan.
Provide nursing care per treatment plan.
Monitor patient condition and maintain charts.
Assist patient with daily activities.
Take and record vitals.
Provide caregiver relief as needed.
