Job summary

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. The role includes directing care during shifts, mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an LPN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of nursing care per standards and regulations.
• Direct nursing care during assigned shift, including staff assignments and mentoring.
• Coordinate with physicians and other medical professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As an LPN, you will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
