Pinnacle Health & Rehab in Canton, Maine is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 66-bed Assisted Living facility. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, contribute to care planning, and support a high standard of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Maine nursing license.
• Proof of MMR, varicella, Hep B, and seasonal flu vaccination.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a 66-bed Assisted Living facility.
