Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN to join our team in Brentwood, TN. This role offers up to $33 per hour with weekly pay and now daily pay options, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation and flexibility.

We provide opportunities across day, night, full-time, part-time and per diem shifts to fit your schedule. You will administer medications, assist with admissions and discharges, document care, educate residents and families, and collaborate with

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical records and department records.
• Educate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc., as well as family members.
• Adhering to infection control policies and procedures and all facility policies.
• Consult with resident’s physician regarding plan of care and notifying them of changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Assure quality of care by adhering to DOH standards and facility standards of care.
• Assist with solving resident’s problems by working with the interdisciplinary team.
