Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home healthcare services in Boone, IA. You will perform patient care in clients' homes, build one-on-one relationships, and support health and quality of life for veterans and community members.

Ideal candidates are graduates of a state-approved nursing program with an unrestricted LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB test. Part-time schedules are available with competitive benefits and flexible hours.

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities
