Responsibilities

• Escort patients from the waiting area and prepare them for examination.
• Obtain and record patient vital signs.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Perform medication reconciliation.
• Conduct EKGs as needed.
• Administer injections and medications as directed.
• Return patient phone calls and assist with patient communication.
• Complete medication and radiology prior authorizations.
• Communicate lab results to patients.
• Schedule diagnostic testing and follow-up care.
• Assist providers to ensure efficient clinic operations.
