Charter Senior Living of Godfrey, IL is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our assisted living and memory care communities. Earn $30-32/hour with 8-hour shifts in full-time 6AM-2PM or part-time 2PM-10PM, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Assisted living/memory care/senior living experience preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for resident assessments, care planning support, medication and treatment management, clinical documentation, and ongoing communication with residents, families, physicians, and caregiving teams.
