Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled, one-on-one in-home care to patients affected by Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. You will work within a mission-driven, nurse-led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care and observations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of MI.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
