Kreate Talent is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in New Mexico for a part-time night shift to support behavioral health services. The role involves assessing health needs, coordinating care, and ensuring safe recovery in collaboration with clinicians.

Responsibilities include admissions assessments, documentation, and leading shift operations while monitoring vitals and withdrawal risks. LPN license, CPR/First Aid/AED, and valid NM driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico LPN license required.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Ability to work the night shift (11PM–7:30AM).

Responsibilities

• Lead shift medical operations and care delivery.
• Provide comprehensive participant care including admissions health assessments.
• Document medical assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and overall health status.
• Perform physical and psychiatric screenings as needed.
• Provide wound care and administer breathalyzer testing when required.
• Administer and document medications promptly and accurately.
• Monitor participant progress and determine appropriateness for continued treatment.

Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!. The LPN is responsible for assessing participant health needs, screening for withdrawal or mental health issues, coordinating medical care, and ensuring safe, supportive recovery services while supporting continuity of care in collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Up to $32/hour (based on experience and level).
• Schedule: Part-time
• Shift: 3, 8-hour hour shifts 11PM to 7:30AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Part-time - 3, 8-hour hour shifts 11PM to 7:30AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
