Job summary

Aberdeen Health and Rehab in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. If you are a caring and compassionate LPN who elevates residents' quality of life through dedicated care, we'd love to talk with you.

Starting pay is $25/hour with experience-based increases and an $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with AM and overnight 12-hour shifts, plus a $7/hour shift differential for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
• Must be capable of performing Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to residents while ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor residents' health status as directed
• Document patient information and coordinate with healthcare team as required
