Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Minnesota is seeking a full-time LPN to deliver laser hair removal treatments in a structured clinic setting. You will educate clients on care plans, document treatments, and maintain a safe, professional environment to help clients achieve confidence and long-term results.

You will collaborate with the team, support scheduling, and promote client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up care.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform laser hair removal treatments according to Milan's medical protocols and safety standards.
Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment plans.
Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe, efficient client flow.
Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas.
Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
