Job summary

Haven Health Lake Havasu is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work under the Director of Nursing, providing holistic, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. In this role you will supervise licensed and non-professional staff during direct resident care, support functions, and ensure safety and quality in every shift.

Active LPN license, CPR certification, and clear background checks are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
