POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing/licensed practical nursing program.
• Minimum Experience: Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred.
• Required Registration/License/Certification:
  • Current Kansas LPN licensure.
  • Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (Health Care Provider), or successful completion within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Intravenous (IV) certification.
