May not make any changes to infusion pump including, but not limited to, rate changes and IV bag changes.* Documents per policy and procedure in medical record.* During times of emergencies (i.e. Hurricanes, etc.), the LPN may be required to report to work at a location designated by the company, to ensure continuity of services.
