Schedule: Training: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; After training: 8am-8pm; 3 12-hour shifts

Requirements: 2 years of LPN experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Hospital; Clean DMV record

Salary: $25-$30/hr (Offer based on years of experience)

• Graduated from an approved nursing program; Associate's Degree preferred
• One year of LPN experience preferred

Required Certifications and Licenses:

• Licensed to practice as a practical or vocational nurse in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to all locations
• Meet state-specific regulations and requirements
