MSA Hospice in Pulaski, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice care team under the Medical Services of America family. This full-time position focuses on delivering compassionate end-of-life care across Pulaski, Hillsville, and Wytheville areas.

You will work under an RN and physician plan of care to ensure comfort, dignity, and high-quality nursing support for patients and families in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a certified LPN program.
• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to hospice patients under RN/physician plan.
• Support daily patient needs with comfort and dignity.
• Document clinical progress and update care plans.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare professionals for consistent care.
