BAYADA Home Health Care in Charlotte is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible shifts across SER-Charlotte. We offer one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.

PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time options are available with no weekend or minimum requirements. New LPNs receive paid training from day one, access to Simulation labs, and 24/7 clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care across assigned cases.
• Adapt scheduling to individual preferences and needs.
• Support patients and families with compassionate care.

How we prepare our LPNs for success

• Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
• Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
• Around the clock clinical support by phone
• Electronic charting using Cubhub

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Available LPN Shifts

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Pay: $26-$34
