Henry Ford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Home Health Care in Michigan. This full-time role works under RN supervision to deliver nursing care, collaborate with care teams, and apply clinical skills in a home setting.
Required to be in or have completed an accredited LPN program, with basic computer skills and strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Michigan LPN license or license within 90 days of hire, plus current BLS.

General Summary
Under the supervision of a RN or provider, the LPN uses sound nursing judgment in the provision of nursing care. Performs a variety of both technical and routine nursing services. Collaborates with health care teams to implement the nursing care plan. Demonstrates clinical competence.
