Job summary

Medical Services of America’s Community Home Health Services seeks an LPN to provide in-home nursing care in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will work under an RN to deliver skilled nursing services, develop and execute care plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families in their homes.

Requirements include an active FL LPN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience, with home health preferred. A team-focused, patient-centered approach is essential for continuing quality care.

• LPN license in Florida currently active.

Responsibilities

Hourly Range: $30.00– $35.00

As a Home Health LPN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients’ recovery and independence. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll provide skilled, hands-on nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home—helping to reduce hospital visits and promote better health outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in the agency's on-call rotation to ensure consistent care coverage.

What You Bring:

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience strongly preferred).
