Job summary

BAYADA Greenville Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate home health care with autonomy in the client’s home. You will follow doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and document observations and interventions while traveling to nearby clients in the Ahoskie area.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• A current LPN license in good standing in North Carolina is required.
• Preferred: one year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide autonomous care in the client’s home.

Education

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay from $28-35/ hour based on qualifications and availability

Hours available in the Ahoskie area include:

• Days
• Weekends
