This role is responsible for delivering high-quality resident care, administering medications and treatments, supervising nursing support staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and care standards.We are seeking experienced nurses who are confident in their clinical judgment and comfortable working in a skilled nursing setting. Candidates should have prior hands-on nursing experience beyond clinical rotations or newly obtained licensure.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plansAdminister medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safelyMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team membersSupervise and support CNAs and CMAs during assigned shiftsComplete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical recordRespond promptly and professionally to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in conditionEnsure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standardsParticipate in shift report, care conferences, and interdisciplinary communicationFoster a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environmentMinimum QualificationsCurrent Kansas LPN license in good standingPrevious nursing experience preferredSkilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or post-acute experience strongly preferredIV certification preferred (additional pay available)Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical environmentStrong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skillsCPR certification requiredMust meet pre-employment health screening and vaccination requirementsSchedulePart-TimeNight Shift10:00 PM to 6:30 AMHolidays as scheduledAt Larksfield Place, every person plays a part in delivering premier care and creating meaningful experiences for our residents.
