You will evaluate residents, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care and patient/family satisfaction.

Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program, hold an active LPN license or have pending licensure, and maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
