Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under direction of RN.
• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Education
