Job summary

HCF is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality resident care under supervision. You will administer medications, respond to call lights, document care, and follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented and self-motivated. Training is provided for new graduates, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment promoting family-like care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.
• Experience welcome; training provided for new grads.
• Candidates should be compassionate, team players, social, trustworthy and service-minded.
• Self-motivated, dependable, ethical, eager to provide outstanding care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication as prescribed by the physician.
• Answer call lights.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Follow residents' care plans.
• Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions.
