Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety and well‑being of participants; provide direct nursing care.
• Manage and document medical information, referrals, reports, medication administration and data collection.
• Complete medical record audits and review tracking systems.
• Oversee self‑medication assessment and MAP administration; provide staff training as needed.
• Train staff on medical needs and procedures; respond to medical emergencies and 911 calls.
