Job summary

The Providence Groups, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting in West Virginia. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
