Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is actively seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team across the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. This flexible role supports various facilities with per diem scheduling and on-demand staffing.

Earn $37-$39 per hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options, Weekly Pay, and a Hiring Bonus after completing 2 shifts. Local Staffing Coordinators are available 5 AM-11:30 PM to assist with placements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
