Job summary

North Shore Health’s Wausau Manor Health Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This facility emphasizes clinical excellence and resident-centered care within a large post-acute network across the Upper Midwest.

The LPN will provide nursing care under supervision, participate in care planning, and help ensure safety and quality in daily operations across all shifts. Training and support are available for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Eligibility with all legal health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Work under Unit Manager/ADON/DON supervision during shifts.
• Assist with medication administration and general nursing tasks.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation.
• Support training for new graduates and on-going staff development.
