Concentra is seeking an experienced and self-driven Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient care at our onsite clinic in Rockport, Indiana. This role includes assisting practitioners, drawing blood, conducting urine drug screens, and handling administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain exam rooms, manage medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations while delivering excellent customer service to patients and clients.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of Indiana.
• Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of occupational health nursing or related clinical experience.
• Continuing education required to maintain license and perform job duties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Concentra is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client site in Rockport, IN

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11AM - 7PM

Assists practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, ancillary tests, and performs a variety of administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam room, prepares patients for examination and treatment and assists the practitioner, as requested.
• Draws blood and prepares appropriate paperwork for laboratory pick-up.
• Performs urine drug screens, using proper chain of custody; ensures preparation for pick-up and shipment to appropriate laboratory.
• Maintains exam rooms, lab area and treatment rooms clean and stocked, maintaining inventory of supplies and re-orders as needed.
• Assists in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information.
• Performs front office clerical duties such as answering telephones, check-in, check-out and record processing.
• Dispenses medications as directed by practitioner and in accordance with state regulations.
• Maintains and operates all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures.
• Performs ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Education/Credentials

Major:

Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

• Current registration/license in the state where employed
