The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality, compassionate care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and assistance with activities of daily living.
Perform nursing services such as vital signs, documentation, and communication with medical personnel; follow Resident Care Plans; respond to emergencies; mentor team members; and participate in training.
Current state licensure as an LPN, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred. Must demonstrate technical proficiency, effective communication, initiative, flexibility, interpersonal skills, teamwork, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Active role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to push 250 lbs. and use proper body mechanics. Long hours, including nights and weekends, are expected.
