Job summary

White Oak of Burlington is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 7A–7P and 7P–7A shifts. We offer 12-hour shifts, competitive pay, and shift differentials in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing.

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assess and monitor resident conditions.
• Respond to changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team.
