Freedom Behavioral in Monroe, Louisiana is looking for LPNs to join their team. This role involves direct and indirect patient care in an 82-bed facility specializing in mental health and behavioral care.

Freedom Behavioral Hospital is an 82-bed acute care facility providing specialized care for adults with their mental health and behavioral health needs. The hospital offers a wide range of services, including inpatient and outpatient care, as well as a variety of specialized programs and is a trusted resource for those seeking quality care and support.
The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psycho-social, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Communicates with physicians and team members about changes in patients’ conditions, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomology.
Shifts are 12 hours with a 2/3 split rotation.
