Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the medical team at McRae Correctional Facility in McRae-Helena, GA. The LPN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision, with day shifts and rotating weekends.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED, an active LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance (drug screen & background check).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at McRae State Prison located in McRae-Helena, Georgia.

Salary Range: $31-$36

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift

Days, 3 shifts per week 6am-6:30pm, with rotating weekends
