Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Coastal State Prison in Port Wentworth, Georgia. The role involves holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients, under the supervision of RNs and medical staff.

Shift is days, 6am–6:30pm, three days per week with rotating weekends; salary $30–$35 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be LPN licensed, have CPR certification, and be able to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff.
• Available shift: Days 3 shifts per week 6am-6:30pm, with rotating weekends
