- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document promptly.
- Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostic activities.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with the care team to plan and evaluate nursing care.
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges per protocol.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
- Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
- Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
- Participate with team in planning, implementing and evaluating care.
- Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
