Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking compassionate nurses to provide exceptional care in our skilled nursing facility in Raeford, NC. You will assess residents, create individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise staff in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you work.
Must possess a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards, infection control and nursing policies.
Document care and use EHR to record services and progress.
