Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program and must hold a current OK or KS LPN license.
• Current certification in BLS is required.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in Urgent Care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients, ensure smooth patient flow and discharge.
• Obtain patient history, triage, record vitals and chart information.
• Explain procedures and prepare patients and rooms for exams.
• Assist provider by handling instruments and supplies.
• Administer injections, meds, dress wounds, collect specimens.
• Perform basic diagnostic tests and CLIA-waived lab duties.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with referrals.
