Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our compassionate team in Henderson, KY. The role focuses on organizing and directing unit duties to provide quality nursing care, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians for care plans.

Shift is 7am to 7pm. Applicants must hold a valid LPN license, have at least one year of related experience, and maintain good standing in the state registry; we value compassionate, resident-centered

Shift: 7am - 7pm

Job Summary:Organizes and directs assigned unit duties to provide quality nursing care to residents.

Responsibilities:

Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.

Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.

Explains procedures and treatments and care plan to resident.

Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

Transcribes physician's orders.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Educations:

Current State of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.

A minimum of 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good standing in the state registry is required.
