The Broward County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Broward Addiction Recovery Center (BARC Residential) to conduct assessments, screenings, and ongoing monitoring in a treatment setting.
Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and coordination with clinical teams to ensure safe and effective care. Florida LPN licensure and BLS are required, with weekend rotation and shift options available.
The Human Services Department is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse that will provide comprehensive patient assessment, medical screening, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring throughout treatment. They also supports care coordination, documentation, quality assurance activities, and collaboration with internal and external healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care within a County addiction and substance-abuse treatment environment.

Salary Range for this position is $56,500 to $77,000
We are currently hiring for 3 different shifts: all shifts require availability to work alternating weekends.
